Piano

After My First Recital

It was so hot this summer that I sometimes wished I could go to the pool to really enjoy my favorite crawling.
However, I felt nervous one week before the recital, and since then I have unusually continued practicing the piano for many hours day by day.
The concert was full of unexpected things. I bowed my head every time I played a piece, wondering what to do with the applause I had received. In addition, as encore I had to play different pieces from those I had prepared for.
Among the pieces I played as encore, “Street Corner of Vienna” was composed by myself. I composed it based on my feeling that Vienna was a very relaxed city when I went to Vienna.
In the future, I would like to continue traveling various places and turn my memories into music.
I will try hard to play the piano much better and perform a better concert next year.
